CRATE UK are an innovative Design, Build and Operate Developer providing mixed use developments. Their projects require retail, workspace, warehouse (B1, B2), and residential elements to support the place making requirements for major regeneration investments.

MBDL provides support to CRATE UK spanning each of our service areas. 

We provide product design and technical advice to take projects from concept co-ordination of as built drawings. A design guide was also created for stakeholders, covering the technical aspects of their modular system and the benefits it would provide.

As projects have progressed, MBDL have assisted in installation and design co-ordination, while supporting the project management team to ensure compliance to specifications and statutory requirements.
